tunnel vision

Tunnel Vision is a black and white photography series shot on 35mm film in Prague, Czech Republic and Auschwitz concentration camp in Poland. The resilience of the human spirit is so humbling and inspiring. If these walls could talk, the stories they would tell would be horrifying. Yet, within the textures are also stories of survival, Love, and an abundance of spirit that deserve celebration. Within the images is a wealth of information from the darkest shadows of the soul: torture, imprisonment, scarcity, chaos, confusion, hatred, fear, greed. And also within is the light, either through a window, tunnel, or contrasting highlight to the shadow. There are dead ends, closed doors, trapped spaces, and also openings, signs of life, glimmers of hope.
